Our gingerbread have been five generations after traditional recipes made by hand. We use for our gingerbread only selected ingredients. The basic ingredients for each of our gingerbread are honey, sugar, rye flour, wheat flour and water. Refines with fruit, chocolate, jam, nuts or sugar icing they offer a unique taste.

Tip: Keep our gingerbread in the protective layer, cool max 15°C and
about 65% moisture.
